Refunds and Returns

Need a refund?

If you would like to request a refund for an event ticket, email the Simon IT Helpdesk at: support@simon.rochester.edu. Please provide your order number so we can best serve you. When a ticket is cancelled, our support team will contact the event organizer and cancel the ticket so that someone else may purchase it. 

Refunds for events will not be processed within 48 hours of the event or after the event has passed.

Custom apparel can not be returned after sale.
